§ 1 General Provisions

MaroCar operates internet-accessible databases (website and mobile applications) where vehicles can be listed for sale and searched. The public area is open to private and commercial participants. Use by minors is prohibited.

MaroCar provides only the technical requirements for the transmission of listings. MaroCar does not influence the content of the listings and is not the seller of the advertised vehicles. MaroCar is not involved as an intermediary or party in the relationship between the seller and the buyer.

§ 2 Description of Services

MaroCar's service consists of providing an input mask for listings and ensuring the accessibility of these listings via the internet and the app. MaroCar may publish and promote the service and listings through third parties (e.g., social networks) to increase reach.

§ 3 Registration and User Account

Use requires registration. Data must be complete and correct. Users must truthfully state their status (private/commercial). Passwords must be kept secret. User accounts are non-transferable.

§ 4 Requirements for Listings

Participants must only list vehicles in the designated categories. Listings must contain truthful information regarding the vehicle (first registration, mileage, accident damage). Price details must be final prices (including VAT) according to the applicable price indication regulations.

§ 5 Liability

The participant is solely responsible for the content of the listings. MaroCar assumes no liability for accuracy or completeness. MaroCar is only liable for intent and gross negligence. For the violation of essential contractual obligations, MaroCar is also liable for slight negligence, limited to foreseeable damage.

§ 6 Prohibited Practices

Data mining, robots, or scraping technologies to read the database are strictly prohibited. Manipulation of search results through keyword spamming is prohibited.
